The journey started when a passionate Quantity Surveying graduate from Northumbria University decided to turn this vision into reality. With over 25 years of experience, we first set our roots in Dubai, where CSL Engineering and Cost Consultants emerged. Here, we honed our expertise in tailored project management and engineering services, laying the foundation for what was to come.
As we observed the growing demand for reliable construction solutions back home in Sri Lanka, the next chapter unfolded with the establishment of Sanlak Engineering. This new venture became a hub for comprehensive services, ranging from residential and commercial construction to road development and architectural design.
Our team, composed of dedicated professionals, shares a relentless commitment to excellence. Through strategic partnerships, especially with the Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau, we enhanced our capabilities and embraced innovation. Starting his career as a Quantity Surveying Professional Lakshan has worked on a diverse range of projects, from Shangrila-La Colombo , Port city , 5 star Resort developments in Maldives allowing him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry. This have become a testament to Sanlak International’s key success in maintaining the standards and commitment to quality and deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
